This beautiful 4 bedroom two story home is situated in Bass Lake Estates in the heart of Kissimmee. Bass Lake Estates is a small, beautifully maintained community and is one of the closest to Orlando’s main attractions. New flooring has been installed on the first floor and new couches were placed in the family room so you can relax after a long day in the parks. Relax in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location where it’s hard to imagine you are only a short drive to the main gates of Disney. Hwy 192 is only two minutes away, offering a 24 hour Wal-Mart, shops and restaurants.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Great Home

This home is absolutely amazing! Everything you could ever need is provided in the home. Craig is a delight to talk to and is quick too answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this home and neighbourhood. We will definitely be back.

Good for visiting Give Kids the World Village

We came to visit GKTW - this is moments from the front gates. We had a maintenance issue when we arrived, but the management company was VERY quick to answer the phone at 8:00 at night and fixed the problem within a few hours. There are three wifi passwords posted around and none of them are correct. Use the one hanging by the phone but use all lower case letters. The pool was clean and worked well. The pool faces north which was good for us - not as hot! There were zero pool toys, so stop at the nearby Dollar Tree on your way in. The light in the pool is broken so don't count on night swims. The couches and furniture were very comfortable and the living room could fit six of us. We could see the pool from the living room. It was great having three 1/2 bathrooms! Toiletries were provided and some basic starter supplies. There is a loose electrical outlet near the kitchen sink that needs attention from an electrician. There is some historic water damage from the air conditioner just inside the front door. The landscaping out front is in rough shape and doesn't make a great first impression. (This is managed by a larger management company so the owner doesn't see the property on a regular basis.) Overall, this was a good fit for us but has a few maintenance issues that generally affect appearance more than function. We WOULD recommend this house : it was clean, in a convenient location, and has responsive management.

Not Welcoming

As we drive up to this house, we figured inside would be the same: Not welcoming. Red ant hills in cracks on the driveway Scrubs need manicuring and dead ones pulled out Front lawn not maintained White Eaves and soffits on outside looked like they had not power washed in a couple year The air return on wall at front door very dirty Kitchen not supplied appropriately - lack of flatware, rusty cookie sheets (Property mgr supplied two sets off new flatware) Freezer of fridge was caked with ice - could not use icemaker Carpeted Stairs going to second floor is disgustingly stained and dirty…luckily we were not using second floor Sure floors were not washed just before we arrived Soap Scum in ceramic tumblers in master bathroom Mold on floor of master shower Bedspread on master bed was dirty (Property Mgr supplied new one that we did not us. We had brought our own) The master bed frame was so noisy…getting in or out!!! The outdoor furniture was old, stained and the cushions were worn and dirty - horrible - washed and then cored with towels to use Ant hills formed several times on pool ceramic tiles at the water level. Husband had to keep scraping off. The house was depressing and unacceptable condition. We tried to find somewhere else but couldn’t, so we endured for 3.5 weeks of our month booking. Two uncontrollable incidents happened with alarms and their were dealt with quickly.

Great pool!!!!

Had a great time, pool was the best! Had plenty of dishes and what we needed for a great stay! Location was right near a Walmart, and close to the parks. Small things not working but will report to manager.

It can be improved

The process of opening the house needs to be clearer. We spent quite a few minutes trying to open the key box. It never opened. Then we tried the code on the door lock( which I’m not familiar with) it took a while to figure it out. Once we opened the mould smell was awful. If you’re expecting guests, make sure the AC is on, open the windows, ventilate the house and add some air freshener to feel Like the house is clean. The suite downstairs needs some good lighting and the mattress is squeaky is a dog toy. The shower needs something to hold Your shampoo and other products. Everything has to be on the floor. There is no do bathroom door and the shower is in direct line with the bedroom window which has no blinds, just a thin see-through curtain. I didn’t feel comfortable showering. The upstairs suite has an even worse mattress, horrible. The TV had no sound and the shower was really bad with a weak water shower. The fridge has a broken shelf and the ice maker was all out of place with frozen water . I could Hardly open it. We removed it and let the ice thaw, then put it back. The brown garbage bin was half full with someone’s else garbage and the instructions not so clear . Not sure whether we should put the recycling bin outside or take the change to be fined $75.00 It would have been nice to have a BBQ grill in the pool area, which also needs some lights as there is none. Fix these details and you’ll have a great place. At the end , we enjoyed the stay.

The property was super clean, easy to get to. Neighborhood quiet. Pool was great said security on door from house to pool, if have kids double check it’s suppose to go off in 30 seconds after opening. We took food in and out door open more 30 sec and alarm never sounded. We didn’t have kids with us so it wasn’t a problem. Beds were comfortable great for big family 3 bedroom upstairs 1 bath master down huge bathroom. We were close to all Disney parks. Had great time.

Great stay at 4445 Great Harbor Ln,

We stayed for 7 weeks at this property. Had a great time, great weather and a great location. House was large updated and very clean. The pool was awesome with plenty of green space for our dog. The location provided access to walking trails, playground and dog park. The property management was very polite and helpful. We recommend this property for your next vacation or long term stay.

The owners dosnt care about the house, matress are very old and horrible, they make so much noyse when you lay on then, i had speep on the carpet with my wife n baby, the pool light donst work the house do not have a light on the pool area. Not recomend this house.

Great vacation rental

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room, pool was great, and location was great. There are several points that need to be addressed but nothing that took away from our stay! Loved the living room furniture too!

Kissimmee Spring Break

Nice place. Met expectations. Enjoyed the pool. Temp was like bath water, screen kept bugs out, and lighted pool made it a pleasure to swim at night. Pool toys were a bonus. Kids fished once in the community pond. Liked privacy of pond behind the house. Good central location between Tampa and Orlando. Convenience of Walmart less than mile away.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay here! A very clean, very nice home, in a good neighborhood. There is a great park with lots of walking paths a few blocks away where we were able to walk our two pups daily. There is also a good variety of restaurants nearby, and we easily found dog friendly patios. The pool was perfect! We paid to have it heated, and the first day it was refreshing, but nice, and by the next day it was very warm. It says in the paperwork that it can take up to 48 hours to heat the pool, but we were comfortable the first full day there. The pool furniture was comfortable and perfect for outside time. Our communication with the owners was easy and we had replies within the hour generally. We want to come back!

Worse trip I have ever had in my life

My family and I stayed less then 24 hours. There were so many issues, I emailed the management company. They did not like me voicing my dissatisfaction. The next morning the management company called me we had a few words and he began to screaming at me and kicked us out ( 1 baby 4 adults and 1 disabled adult). We were homeless for hours right before New Years. I will make sure to read other reviews before I ever book anything on this site. I was refunded recently a portion of my stay. If you have zero care of where you stay, you’ve found the right place! Issues: Scuffed Walls Holes in walls Ants all over the kitchen Mildew smell Banister off the wall Beds rooms old No tv’s in every room Underwear left behind by other renter Bathrooms were gross and had rust in the sinks and bathtubs.

Nice stay!

Manager was quick to respond when we contacted him to alert him to a possible leak with the air. Someone was at the home within the hour. The home could use some new mattresses and updating but still well worth the affordability of the home.

Spacious house with cheap furnishing

I stayed at this place for two weeks with my family (Teenager son + 9 yrs old daughter + dog). The house layout was perfect but unfourtunately that was the only thing which was good. All mattresses were very OK but the TV room couch was reallly bad you could feel the frame on the armrest and its cushions would start slipping as soon as u sit on it. The kitchen utensils were old and of poor quiality, the non stick coating was coming off. The pool furniture was very dirty and it seemed old with stains all over. The pool was dirty with mud and ants and pool heating took forever to heat. TV was old. Overall house furnishing was really poor for the $$ I paid. One other point, I still have a very bad smell in some of my cloths that I washed in this house. If you are planning to stay longer in the house to enjoy family time n pool then this isnt the right place.
