Welcome to Storey Lake Escape, a beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome within
the stunning Storey Lake Resort community. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this home
offers all the essentials to make your stay memorable.

The modern kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating at
the breakfast bar for 4. The open floor plan flows into the great room, featuring a formal dining
area and a contemporary living space with a sofa and TV.

Downstairs, the guest suite includes a king bed and TV, with direct access to your private
splash pool on the patio. Upstairs, find the master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite
bathroom, plus two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. A laundry room is also located

Wonderful Family Stay

We had great time at this rental. We stayed for the whole month of February and hope to stay again another time. Clean, modern, spacious. Great location to get to Target and some shopping. Kind on the other side of the resort so the main pool is about a 5-7 minute walk but we enjoyed the stroll. Just good to know. We felt that the outside furniture was much nicer than a lot of the other rentals which was enjoyable, as we spent almost every meal outside. Rental has tons of towels, facecloths, pool towels which was a bonus. The only recommendation I would have is to have couple of kitchen necessities to get started with. Perhaps a small sponge, dish soap, garbage bag or dishwasher tab. But other than that small inconvenience, wonderful vacation home!

Lonf weekend getaway

A nice stay overall. The filter look like it was never chsnged. Which I had a high allergy and sneezed often. Other issue I wasn't able to get in touch with management the whole time I stayed.

Great location, clean and nice

My teenage son was playing baseball in Sanford. We took my 9 year old to Disney so perfect location. House was nice and clean. The location was perfect. The pool Made late nights fun. My only complaint would be the towels. It said provided but there wasn’t even enough for everyone to have 1. I would bring extra bath towels for sure

Storey lake property

We had a great experience staying at the property. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Beds were a bit hard but overall very good. There’s a small private pool that the kids loved. The clubhouse pool was fun but did get quite crowded. Would definitely stay again!

Summer Vacation

For the most part it was a lovely property. Could definitely use an upgrade on the kitchen ware. We had a party of 10 and only flatware service for 8. The cook ware was in very poor condition. Only half of toaster worked and dryer didn't work well.

Senior trip

Beds are a bit hard. All towels and linens were nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked well might add some scissors in a drawer. Community gate was broken but not in managements control. Close to shops and close drive to theme parks. Thanks for making good memories on memories lane!

just ok

Booked this place back in 2019 for spring break 2020 which was canceled. They wouldn't let me cancel even though everything was shut down I was only allowed to reschedule. Which I had to reschedule for spring break since that is the only time we could be gone a week and have access to our annual passes to disney because of the blackout dates. The pros- Very conveniently located to Disney. Universal without traffic was about 20 minutes door to door which we went like 4 times. Tons of restaurants around the neighborhood, plus Publix and Walmart super close. The best was having the pool in the back. The kids loved it!! The Cons- check-in and the minimal property information given was inaccurate. The instructions said there is no gate code, which there isn't but there is a gate. GPS took us to an unmanned gate which we had no idea how to get into. Wasn't given any instruction, apparently I was supposed to give someone my name to leave at the other gate. I guess the main gate which ofcourse I wasn't aware of the main gate or that someone from the management company was supposed to leave my and my guest name. Ended up sneaking in the exit when someone came out. Got there, the wifi info they gave did't work. There was no such network. Couldn't get a wifi signal or cell signal to call the number that was given about getting gate access. Used the house phone and the answering service gave me the new wifi network and password for the unit which i changed on the brochure that is inside the unit for the next guest. They gave me an email address to send our names to the gate. The guy at the gate was very nice and helpful. All mattresses are VERY hard with the exception of one full which is semi-soft. There were only two wine glasses, no broom, no kitchen rag or towel, no pot holders which I assume they think you won't need since there isn't a baking sheet. I went to the dollar store and stocked everything and left it for the next guests. The downstairs bathroom toilet wouldn't flush, took maintenance 3 days and 3 calls to get it repaired. The big pool is kind of a disaster, which is no fault of this management company but it was disappointing. There were probably 25 chairs for 300 people. Hopefully someone will read this and be more prepared for their trip and encounter less issues.

Great place!

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean. Very convenient! Everything you need is close by. Only issue we had was that our pool towels and items we had outside were taken one evening. I contacted the property manager to see if they had cleaned up or pool maintenance. The property manager told me no. There is pool maintenance people that do come and go during the day FYI. I would stay here again!

July 2020 Trip

I was very pleased with the unit itself. It had everything we needed in it. The rooms are nice and decorated well. We did have an issue with the dishwasher, there was water on the floor when we checked in. I called and they sent someone out to look at it. He said he had to get the part and would be back 2 todays later and never showed up. It was never fixed while we were there. Other than that the unit was great. We have stayed at Storey Lake twice before this and never had any issues at all and love it. This time the other guests around us were loud, and playing music late at night. Also the security gate was broken the whole time we were there, that had us concerned a little.

This place is great! Resort area is FUN! Close to many restaurants, fast food, grocery store ect. If you like FIRM beds, you will love the mattresses! House is clean and modern decor.

Excellent Place, Neighborhood and Location

Wonderful property and would stay there again. It was just as the pandemic had started and was a wonderful place to quarantine for a few days. I would stay there again!!!

very Nice

Excellent accommodations, beautiful location , although we did not have internet the last 2 days and after numerous phone calls it was never resolved, also need better surveillance at pool as people take inner tubes and do not return them so others can us lazy river , not enough chairs when it is busy and need more bar space , slides are great , maybe add some greenery between townhouses as they are very close together in the back. We will try to get one on the water next year.Buy it was really a beautiful place
