This condo was within a short walking distance of a Publix, a great little diner and the pool across the road. The unit was clean and accommodating. We really enjoyed our short stay!

Great hospitality

Very nice, spacious place with an extremely comfortable bed (I only stayed in the master, but I assume the other beds are similar). The host was nice enough to leave a gift basket with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful. I would absolutely stay here again, but I might consider trying to negotiate a later check-out.

For me, a comfy bed is what makes a stay so great. All the beds were very comfortable and the property was very nice. This was my second stay at vista cay in general and I will be returning again.

We stayed here with our family of 5. It was perfect location for visiting Universal and close to airport as well. They even had pack n play for our baby. Will stay here again if we visit Orlando again!

Beautiful property in a great location

This condo is roomy and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need and it was also very clean. This is great for adults and/or families. Located in a nice community with a Publix across the street as well as other stores and restaurants. We were greeted with a gift basket upon arrival which was a nice touch. Great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Local conference accommodations

I was in the immediate area attending a tech conference. The conference ran out of booked rooms at the hotel, so I ended up staying here instead, for actually less than what the hotel would have cost. The unit was well appointed and turned out to be an excellent alternative. I would highly recommend! Dave

Space was as expected but they had little things others don't. A welcome basket with snacks and pop in the frig to have. Very nice touches on top of an excellent space. Very close to OCCC. Plan to return.

As soon as we checked in, I had a couple of questions, so I called the number listed only to realize it was a few minutes after closing. Expecting not to get a call back until morning, I was surprised when my call was returned within minutes to a very helpful voice. The property at vista cay seemed bigger compared to the pictures. Next time in Orlando, we will stay at the same place if available. Our stay was phenomenal! Thanks for a great week!

Exactly what we needed

This was exactly what we needed and more. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at Vista Cay before for work trips but this was our first non work stay here. It was just about perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen stocked with utensils and some starter supplies. There is a Publix supermarket nearby and several places will deliver here although we didn’t need any. The only thing we couldn’t get to work was Airplay to project our phones to the TV. But it wasn’t an issue or necessity. If the price was lower, we would have stayed longer, even a month or so.

Fantastic week in a great location

We spend a great week in Orlando and stayed in this fabulous condo. The apartment was clean, lots of room to move around (which we appreciated having 4 kids) and the huge beds were very comfortable. The furnishings are very high quality, kitchen fully loaded and we appreciated the extra towels and the welcome pack very much. Vista Cay itself is a fantastic location, it was great to unwind in the pool and jacuzzi after long days spent at the adventure parks and the location is lierally next to Sea World and minutes from Disney and Universal Parks. Shopping, outlets, great restaurants all within a 10-minute drive. We enjoyed the stay very much and plan to return. The guidance material provided to the apartment was very detailed and absolutely clear. Definitely recomment this unit for families with kids.

Great stay at Vista Cay

Beautiful condo! Have stayed at VC every year while attending daughter's dance nationals and normally stay in the townhomes. First time staying in a condo, with three teenagers, hubby and myself. When I tell you spacious?! We never felt cramped. High ceilings, formal eating area, breakfast bar, washer/dryer in unit, lovely balcony we enjoyed all the time. Was on 3rd floor, and unfortunately upstairs had small.kids running arouns and you could hear it a lot. Bur we took it with a grain of salt, our kids were small once. Greeted with a welcome basket, really thoughtful. Quick responses and even allowed later check out, but ask in advance! Access to pool, and clubhouse, plaza across the street with Publix, fantastic pizza at NYPD Pizza other eats, a liquor store and a nail salon. Close distance to Disney parks, Universal, Top Golf and many other attractions. Thank you for the lovely space! Would highly recommend!

Amazing Experience!!!

Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Excellent attention to detail! We got check-in information in a timely manner without having to call and ask. The welcome basket with snacks and a few soft drinks, water bottles and juice pouches in the fridge were a nice touch. Very convenient location. Publix, Chick-fil-A and Walgreens (all of which we visited) were right around the corner or across the street. We were able to jump on I4 quickly to get to Disney and Universal parks were close by. ITZ provided starter of dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. They also provided a good hair dryer and hair products. Showers had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking breakfast every morning. We would definitely book through ITZ again. They will be at the top of our list.
