Champions Gate Luxury 4BR Townhome - Private Pool - Near Theme Parks

The Space:
Experience the epitome of luxury in our Champions Gate Resort townhome with a private pool. With 4 bedrooms, this entire place can sleep up to 10 guests.

Self-Check-in: We offer keyless check-in, providing you with a unique door code for your convenience.

House Rules: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Please note that we do not allow pets, parties, or smoking, and the minimum age for booking is 21 years old.

Location: Our townhome is nestled in the beautiful Champions Gate Resort, just 10 miles from Disney and 22 miles from Universal. The clubhouse is a quick 8-minute drive away. Find us at Cabot Cliffs Dr, Davenport, FL 33896.

The Space:

1st floor:
Bedroom #1 – Queen-sized bed

2nd floor:
Master #2 – King-sized bed
Mickey Mouse Bedroom #3 – Two twin beds
Basketball Bedroom #4 – Bunk bed (Double + Twin) + Rollover Bed

Outside: Enjoy our pool with a maximum depth of 5 feet and a relaxing lanai.

Amenities: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need. We provide amenities like dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dishes detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels for your first use. If you require additional quantities, it's your responsibility to acquire them.

We offer a High Chair and Pack n Play at no extra cost; just request them before your arrival. Pool heating is available for $40 a day, recommended from October 31st to March 31st.

Cleaning Procedures: Our professional laundry service ensures your linens, bed sheets, and pillowcases are high-temperature washed, eliminating all bacteria. Towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels, and washcloths are also delivered wrapped and sealed. We include extra quantities to better accommodate our guests. Please note there is a one-time departure cleaning fee, and daily maid service is not included.

Walt Disney World: Only 15 minutes away, it's the perfect place to visit Mickey and his friends.
Sea World: Experience the sea's wildlife at one of the coolest aquariums and amusement parks.
Florida Mall: Take a break from amusement parks and enjoy shopping opportunities at American Girl, the Crayola Experience, Zara, Mayors, and more, along with great restaurants.
Champions Gate Clubhouse: Access an incredible resort-like experience with bars, restaurants, a game room, movie theatre, three pools, a lazy river, a kid's water park, and more. Golf course sold separately.
Universal Studios: Head over for another day of roller coasters and fun.
