The Space:

From the wrap-around balcony, the landscape feels calm and expansive, a peaceful counterpoint to full days spent out exploring. Evenings invite you back to unwind indoors, with space to gather, relax, and settle into an easy rhythm that feels like home.



Living space

The condo is arranged to give everyone room to spread out while staying connected. A large living area anchors the home, offering a comfortable place to relax after long park days or quiet mornings in. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year-round, and WiFi plus a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance downtime with remote work when needed. A TV adds a simple option for movie nights or winding down.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen supports meals at your own pace, whether you are starting the day slowly or regrouping in the evening. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make cooking straightforward, and the indoor dining area offers space to gather for meals, games, or planning the next day’s activities.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each designed for rest and privacy.



Bedroom 1 features a king bed and serves as the primary sleeping space.

Bedroom 2 includes a kids bunk twin bed, well suited for younger guests.

Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, creating a flexible option for couples or additional family members.

Two bathrooms are available, and bathroom essentials are provided for your stay. Bed linens, fresh towels, and in-home laundry add convenience, especially for longer visits.



Outdoor living

The oversized wrap-around balcony is a defining feature of the home. Overlooking the golf course, it provides an inviting spot to sit back, read, or enjoy the breeze at different times of day without leaving the unit.



Resort amenities and access

Your stay includes complimentary access to select Reunion Resort community amenities, including pools, spas, fitness centers, playgrounds, and shared outdoor spaces across several neighborhoods within the resort. Access requires an RFID card, which is provided during your stay. Tee times can be arranged separately at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses.

Situated within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the condo places you in a well-known resort community while offering a quiet, residential feel. With shared facilities, green spaces, and walkable paths throughout the area, it is a comfortable base for families or groups looking to combine resort amenities with the ease of an entire rental unit.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (1) vehicle in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
