There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community. Strategically located in the Kissimmee area, it has easy access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can take advantage of its short distance to explore nearby shopping and dining options, many nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment too! Including the famous parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more!
This stylish two-story townhome combines a relaxing aesthetic with modern and contemporary architecture. This home makes for an excellent holiday haven for your family or group of friends. Comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.
As you enter, be captivated by the sophisticated entrance, leading to a playful, racing car-themed kids' room with cozy full-size beds. Nearby, a convenient laundry room, a chic queen-size bedroom, and a shared bathroom await. The main living area is a masterpiece of design, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen, a plush living room, and an elegant dining area seating six, all bathed in calming blue tones. Slide open the glass doors to reveal a serene patio and a private pool, an oasis for relaxation and enjoyment.
Going up, there is a neutral toned Master bedroom with an ensuite Full-Bathroom and KingSize bed, a dainty and magically decorated bedroom with two FullSize beds and a beautiful mural, a shared Full-Bathroom, and lastly a nautical-themed bedroom with QueenSize bed and ensuite Full-Bathroom.

We require a refundable damage deposit of $200, which will be processed 2 days before your check-in date. No need to worry—this amount is fully refundable within 3 business days after checkout, as long as there are no damages or policy violations during your stay.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
