Enjoy your stay in this beautiful 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom two story villa located inside the guard gated resort community of Windsor Hills. An 8 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse, waterpark and pools. Just 3 miles from the steps of Disney World and close to all other parks and amenities. We invite you to be our guest!

Enter this resort style community and drive onto your very own private driveway. Upon arrival, walk through the front door into your home away from home. The open concept living room is centered around an 82" 4K smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Whether you host a family reunion or grab something fast before the next adventure. This kitchen won't disappoint. There are two dining areas with enough space to seat 12 people.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed south facing pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, 82-inch TV with 6 reclining chairs and a PS5 for all of your entertainment needs.

Three bedrooms on the main level consist of one king master bedrooms with a private en-suite, a queen bedroom with a private en-suite, and Marvel room with a twin loft bed and a full size bed. A full bathroom is right outside the hallway. On the top level there is a princess themed room with two twin castle beds for your little princesses and a king size bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and cable.

Well equipped house in a great neighborhood if you want to visit theme parks. Lovely water park minutes away from the house, all included. Walmart 3 minute drive.

Great location - nice villa

We loved the pool and games room and the villa was mostly clean and spacious. We had some issues with the villa, including an overflowing toilet, but the property managers were quick to respond and helpful. Overall, the villa was more dated than the images on the listing show.

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood was beautiful and well kept. Although there were several families vacationing all around us, it was relatively quiet. Will definitely use this house again.

Perfect Family Home

I cannot say enough good things about this home: the location, the layout, the thoughtful amenities. It really had everything you would need for an extended family vacation to Disney. Communication with the owner was fantastic; when we come back down to Disney we will absolutely stay here again.

Great Family getaway home!

This house was everything we hoped it would be and our large group was very comfortable during our stay! Everything was very clean and it was equipped with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The location is so close to all the attractions so after a busy, hot day, it was really nice to not have a long drive home.
