Complete floor renovation! No carpet all around the house!
The vacation townhome is located just west of Walt Disney World, and within a short drive of Universal Studios, Old Town Kissimmee, and SeaWorld of Orlando. It offers guests over 1,450 square feet of vacation living space across two levels. Children and adults alike will enjoy the south facing private splash pool within the screened patio without neighbors behind you, where you can host a lovely afternoon picnic pool-side. Take advantage of family-friendly activities and amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort during your stay.
Plenty of sleeping space is provided in the three bedrooms of the townhouse. A king sized bed is furnished in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a brand new queen sized bed, while the third themed bedroom has a brand new bunk bed. Three full bathrooms make it easy and quick to get ready for daily adventures at the Theme Parks.
The open floor plan allows guests to move freely in-between rooms. Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all cookware and eating utensils. A brand new 50” TV with DVD player is available in the living room. Catch views of the pool area from the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is free-of-charge and is an excellent way to keep in touch with family and friends who didn’t make it on vacation this year. For your convenience, a clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided.
The amenities and luxury of a 5-star resort are tucked away just behind the gates of Windsor Hills Resort. Just inside, guests will find the exceptional clubhouse with an outdoor lounge area is the hub of family friendly activities. Guests can work out in the fitness center. A spacious games room has football, air hockey, billiards, ping pong and more. The concierge, business center and sundry shop offer a variety of services and supplies. The pool and secluded spa refresh and revitalize. The waterslide is great fun for the young and young-at-heart.

Perfect little place

The location was so convenient to all the theme parks. The splash pool was great for my little a to swim. Property owner was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed.

Great location!

We loved the Windsor Hills location and felt it had a little bit to entertain all ages. Great walking paths, pool, slides, and close to all attractions. The communication with the property owner was exceptional as well!

Great family getaway

Windsor Hills is a lovely resort community and the townhouse was as pictured. Could use a deep clean but wasn't anything out of the normal for a vacation rental. Communication with the owner was top notch, fast pleasant responses to the questions and requests I had! We enjoyed the splash pool and the resort waterpark was an easy walk. I would stay here again.

All in all we had a great stay. Small hiccup at the gate on arrival but quickly resolved. Nice resort with amenities for all ages. Good location with easy access to convention center, disney springs, parks etc. Would stay again in the future.

Windsor Hills Resort

Really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills Resort!! The home was spacious, well equipped and more than met our needs. The only drawback is the heavy traffic in the area.

Good value for the Price

Good value for the price. House could use a fresh coat of paint and some new towels but overall it was a good place to come back to at the end of a busy day at the Disney parks. The location can’t be beat!

Great week at Windsor

We had an amazing week in this townhome located at Windsor. We chose this location due to the safety and security of this facility. The location was close to pool but quiet. Townhouse was just as described and clean. Property owner was easy to communicate with and answered all my pre-visit questions.

Location location location!

We had a quick commute to Disney each day during our stay. Unfortunately for us it was a quick trip and we didn’t even get to use the amenities of the resort, as we were at the parks all day. However, we would definitely stay again. Kids loved the splash pool outside though late at night.

Family Getaway

We stayed at this VRBO almost a week, overall it was a pleasant stay. Loved the location easy drive to universal about 30 in light traffic. Pool at the resort was pleasant. Private pool could use a cleaning. Overall had everything you needed pots pans toilet paper. Very nice accomodations for a family. The bunk bed side rail upstairs is a little loose and it was worrisome because I felt like it could fall apart with the littlest pressure. But other than that, very clean and easy to enjoy all that the resort has to offer.

I loved the space in the townhouse. The home was simple, neat and clean. Jack was very responsive and so was the management. We appreciated being close to Disney as well as major restaurants and stores. I also appreciated having three rooms/three baths. I would say be cautious of the outdoor wildlife (frogs) if it rains. Be sure to bring basic supplies (dish detergent, tissue, etc). If you're traveling in more than one vehicle, parking is for one car (this seemed to be the case for most units). Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would visit this property again.

Private pool was worth it

Really enjoyed having the private pool! If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this isn't it as the beds are extremely uncomfortable, but the setup of the house was convenient with each bedroom having an attached full bathroom. There are plenty of (large) bath towels, but no wash cloths. We arrived late and didn't expect to have to run to Walgreens to grab loofahs (Walmart was already closed). Parking is a bit confusing as there is only room for one vehicle and the neighbors were taking our spot, but we just parked on the side and called it a day. We did run into some trouble with the back door, but Management responded and resolved everything very quickly (within the hour). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the beds were more comfortable.

Great Location

We've stayed at many Windsor Hills properties. The Location is great, the security guards at gate for check were awesome, all amenities are close by to resort. Close to Disney as well. House had everything we needed. Most of all the owner, Jack was awesome to deal with.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of five. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the location was great for our son's soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The private pool was perfect for an evening splash and the heated community pool was fun for the whole family!

Great budget place to stay while visiting Orlando, especially the Disney parks. The parks are within 12-20 minutes away (depending on which one). There is a bit to do within the resort itself, including the "backyard" private pool (the water is quite cold, so opt for heating if you plan on using it). You do have the heated common pool within the resort, with a hot tub, slides and a splash pad. The unit itself has barebones amenities, incl. the kitchen which had enough utensils/pots/pans but no cooking oil (maybe due to COVID rules?). We bought some and left it for the next guest(s). They do have ample pillows and duvets/sheets, and TV in each room of the house. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Safety was high - felt quite safe and secure within the resort. There was not enough toilet paper and wash pods provided for an 8-day stay, but the owner was super nice, apologetic and very accommodating with quick communication. He tried to rectify any situations within his control. Definitely recommend staying here!
