Welcome to our beautiful six-bedroom home just two stoplights from Disney with easy access to all of Orlando's world-renowned theme parks, dining, and shopping options. Windsor Hills Resort has the best facilities in the area, boasting a 140,000-gallon resort pool and water park, complete with giant slides and an adventure splash pad.

Your vacation starts at the house, using our large private pool and spa on the screened lanai. Our pool features FREE POOL HEAT! Watch your favorite show on the outdoor TV without leaving the water. Relax, knowing there is security fencing and an alarmed door to keep the little ones safe. The sun reaches the pool deck from morning to sunset, so you can enjoy the water, lounge poolside, or dine alfresco. Outdoor grills for barbecuing are available from a local vendor for an extra fee.

Inside, luxuriate on the brand-new bedroom and family room furnishings. Challenge your friends on one of the in-home game room's full-size tables: pool, air hockey, and foosball. This deluxe space is topped off with an electronic dartboard and air-conditioned fans.

The beautiful clubhouse features a private 40-seat movie theater with free daily showings, a state-of-the-art gym, an on-site cafe that serves alcoholic beverages, a sundry shop, a pay-to-play room arcade, and free pool tables. Cornhole, Ping-Pong tables, a putting green, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts are also available for an additional small fee. One of the three on-site children's playgrounds is within a few minutes walk from the front of the house. This resort community is beautifully landscaped with pristine homes and a 24-hour guarded and gated entrance.

Every bedroom has a smart TV with cable and a DVD player, and two have en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a soothing garden tub, a standalone shower, and a double vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry room features high-end appliances.

Gamers and digital nomads alike will appreciate the complimentary high-speed internet. You'll have your choice of games to play on the Xbox 360 in one of the living rooms, and an office area provides a computer and desk.

The house was perfect for a trip to Disney. It was even larger than the pictures make it out to be so plenty of space to spread out. House was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and lanai area are great for relaxing and had plenty of afternoon sun. Getting to the parks was quick, 15 mins or less. And lots of shopping and eating nearby within a few traffic lights. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful but when we contacted someone about the cool being freezing they said that is how it is because of the cooler temps but after the pool guy was there on our 4th day and we returned from being but the pool was almost 50 degrees warmer and the sun wasn’t shining at all so that definitely wasn’t a factor. We chose this location for the pool and didn’t get to use it once. Just wish they would have actually looked into it when we questioned it at check in because there was clearly something to it that it happened to actually be warm after the pool guy was there

We really enjoyed out stay. House is nice and close to attractions. The construction noise someone complained about in another review was nonexistent for us and we were there for five days. When we did need something the management saw to it right away. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We fully enjoyed this property's spaciousness, cleanliness, and ample rooms, towels, etc. We were a group of 8 (2 families of 4), and we all had more than enough space! The pool and hot tub was a major hit, as was the game room. The kitchen was large and nicely equipped - we enjoyed many homecooked dinners using the new stove/oven. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would love to stay again on our next visit!

Wish we were still there! Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids had a magical time staying at this spacious home that was a comfort to come home to after long days at the park. Comfy beds, plenty for kids to do, had everything we needed. Location was super convenient to parks. Lisa was always quick to respond to any question I had and was kind and candid when she did. Will def check this house again next time we visit Disney.

The place is excellent in a very nice subdivision. Check in, service & communications were excellent. We had 8 adults and 4 children for a family trip to Disney. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms. The pool and spa were great. The pool was heated, but we had cold days while we were there and it felt cool. The only thing I could mention which is minor is that some of the furniture was worn and scratched and the carpet was somewhat worn and stained. Overall an excellent stay.

Overall this is a great property. 5 stars on everything except 4 stars on property because the neighbors were loud until 2am. This is not the property owners issue because the neighborhood is supposed to have quiet hours.

Our family had a excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had ample towels, kitchen utensils, etc. for all our needs. The kids loved the game room, video games and pool. The resort was convenient to all Disney attractions, shopping centers and grocery stores. The owner and management staff was very thorough with us from day one throughout our stay. We loved all the amenities of this home and will definitely rent again.

Great house for a large group! Comfortable beds, kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. Gas grill. Heated pool and hot tub. Safe neighborhood. Pet friendly. Homeowners are so helpful! Quick to answer any questions and even recommended a great dog Walker for the days everyone went to a park. Our group of 10 had a great week and highly recommend this rental!

We stayed at the property for two weeks, a large group of 9 with children through to grandparents. The consensus of the whole group was that this was an absolutely fabulous property. The house lives up to and even exceeds the property details advertised, and the owner was absolutely professional and helpful from initial enquiry through to our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this property if you want to be in a great location close to disney and appreciate a very high specification of property with bags of space. I would not hesitate to recommend the house and to stay again.

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and love the proximity to Disney. The property and neighborhood are great and it’s a fun time. Our last visit was 9 years ago, the traffic is unbelievably congested as is the whole Disney “crowd”. If you’re going to Disney this is the way to go. Be prepared to stand in line and sit in traffic. That isn’t any reflection on this property it is what it is in Orlando, unless you stay on property and then it might be better. Thanks for a good time, and a nice place to stay.
