BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to make a booking. Failure to provide a matching ID with the payment method will result in immediate cancellation.

BEFORE CHECKING IN:
All guests must provide a complete guest list, including first and last names, at least 24 hours before arrival by 5pm EST. Access to the resort will not be granted without a registered guest list.

POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note that the SPA is not a hot tub and is connected to the pool using the same system. An additional fee is required to heat both the pool and spa. The pool heater may take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat. Ensure you request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival.
