Our spacious two - storied townhouse is great for everyone to enjoy all that Orlando can offer.

Townhouse (Secured Free High Speed Wi-Fi):

The living room area is ceramic tiled, has a 42" flat screen and a leather sectional. There is patio off the living area, where you can enjoy a cold beverage. ( 3 TV's total)

The dining area and kitchen comes fully supplied with appliances, dish washer, dishes, all eating/cooking utensils.

A washer/dryer is also available in the townhouse for your use.

The main floor bedroom is a good size and has a en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower combo.

The upper level has three bedrooms; one bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower combo and there is also one full main bathroom and a vanity/sink outside main bathroom.

Venetian Bay Villages is an upscale, family-friendly, gated (24/7 security onsite) & luxurious resort community – developed for a vacation lifestyle.

Located 30 minutes from Disney, MGM (Hollywood Studio's), Epcot, Universal Studio's & Islands of Adventure, Sea World.

An hour and you’re on the beach. If you aren't up to traveling, the main heated pool is a short 1-minute walk from our townhouse with a separate spa and is next to the clubhouse with arcade games and fitness center.

There are 3 additional pools, children’s playgrounds, BBQ areas, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

A truly relaxing getaway in the heart of Florida. Why pay for a small hotel room when you can enjoy your vacation in a comfortable and spacious townhouse with plenty of amenities and a full kitchen.

The community is located blocks away from a Wal-Mart, Target and the Loop Shopping Centre.

The property was great and incredibly affordable for everything that was included. Close enough to all the attractions and plenty comfortable for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place that won’t break your piggy bank!

King beds

3 King beds with 2 en suite bathrooms. Heated pool averaging over 87 degrees, and a huge hot tub. Gated community is quiet, clean, and safe with lots of playgrounds.

Great Stay for our Disney Trip

We loved our stay at this home. The home was just as described and we had no issues at all. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space for our family of 7. After reading reviews I was worried about the security but we did not have any issues. We registered our vehicle after arriving and the security process was fairly quick every time we entered. We also used the pool without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Venetian Bay Village Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Venetian Bay Village, the property was very clean and beautiful. Also, enjoyed the pools, basketball and tennis courts. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely book again in the future!

Family trip

The property was very nice. Lots of activities for the kids. The only complaint I have is that they need to figure out a better way to get cars in thru the gate without having to check every single car one at a time. Other than that it's a good place to stay.

Great Place!

This was a great place for us to stay! We had 3 adults and 1 infant with zero issues at all. Everything was clean and as advertised. The only I didn’t love was walking almost a mile to take the garbage out. After long days in Disney World that walk was rough. That was the only inconvenience for us. Overall, would stay there again!

Vacation

I came down to Kissimmee with four friends for a week of vacation. We had a lovely time. The condo is a great space, not far from Universal or Disney, and close to lots of shopping options. The main pool and hot tub is right around the corner. The owner is nice, professional, and responded quickly to all of my messages/questions. We would look at renting this place again should we be travelling back to the area.

Great Condo for Family of 7 - wonderful experience

This was our first experience with a VRBO listing and we really loved our condo. It was nice and comfortable and perfect. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center and this was really a nice 20-25 minute drive - far enough away from the busy area around the center but not too far away so we still had time to enough other things during the day. We highly recommend this unit and Ron was great to work with!

Beautiful Getaway and a home away from home!

We spent a week here and our first impression when we got there was how safe it was. It is a gated area and security 24/7. The condo was beautiful and so much room for a big family and friends. All the rooms are very spacious with a tv in all the rooms and free wifi. The 4 pools are really nice especially the main heated pool with a hot tub. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a 5 minute drive to the outlets and stores. I would highly recommend this place!

Welcome retreat

Overall, the stay was wonderful. The property is well groomed. The security is efficient, yet friendly. We enjoy the fact that it is close(within an hour's drive) of all the places you would want to go. The only glitch is the carpets are in need of shampooing. But, we understand the difficulty involved in a turnkey situation. We are definitely hoping to return.

Our stay was decent. It did the job, but it would have been more enjoyable if a bit more were invested to the rental property like better beds. All the adults had aches and pains by the end of the week long stay due to poor bed quality. Also, it should come equipped with an initial start up of essentials like a fresh roll of toilet paper, minimally. It was overall a nice place to stay.

Nice condo in a good location.

We were in town for a tournament at the Silver Spurs Arena. The property was conveniently located about 5 miles west so getting back and forth was a breeze. In our down time we ran to the beach on a couple of occasions. It was nice to find some sand toys in the closet. I looked long and hard for a property that had Queen or larger beds in all of the rooms and this is one of the few I had found. The pool and hot tub were easily within walking distance. Unfortunately, the pump on the hot tub broke halfway through our stay and went out of service (no fault of Ron's). Also, the 24 hour security at the gate let you feel more at ease.

First we were told that there would only be 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but only one out of the 3 bathrooms had 1 full roll other two only had partial roll, not so bad because we drove there and planned on going to get groceries but a little disappointing.. Ice cube trays were in the freezer unfilled... so we had to wait for ice... The communication with the property owner was spot on and very quick to respond. It was a great location if you plan on going to DW.. very short drive....

Nice and spacious

The unit itself is spacious and has plenty of bed space. Has most everything you’d need while on vacation. While we have no complaints about the townhome I would warn others of the neighborhood just across the street from the property. I was warned by our grocery deliverer to make sure we lock up our vehicle and not go out walking at night. I was unsure what she was talking about bc we drove in at night. Then we left for the parks and saw what she was describing. It backs up to the sketchy part of the town. While the property is gated and there’s security out front I’d still say be careful!
