Guest Access:
Parking is a breeze with space for up to 3 vehicles per townhouse. To ensure a delightful experience for everyone, please be aware that improperly parked cars may be towed.

Located near major attractions like Disney World®, Universal Studios®, and SeaWorld®, it offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Kissimmee/Orlando.
Getting Around:
This property is located 37 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just 20 minutes from Disney World.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**
We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.
**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**
To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.
**POOL HEATER:**
There is an additional fee for adding the pool heater. It can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.
*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**
- You need to be 21 or older to book with us.
- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.
- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.
- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.
