Professionally furnished and newly renovated, our home will make your stay with us as memorable and comfortable as your own home. Beautifully furnished home with upgrades, bedrooms with the added luxury of euro pillow top mattresses that help to ensure a good night sleep after a day at the parks and shopping.
Open concept kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops and new stainless-steel appliances.

Free WIFI available for all our guests during their stay.

We have installed new tv's throughout the home and provided one in every room .

Our villa has an extended six foot deck pool area, which is very rare in this community, allows for more loungers for you to enjoy the Amazing oasis with no rear neighbors. The screened in pool area is perfect for you to enjoy the outdoors with the comfort and protection from insects. We have a child proof fence for the pool area.

Great vacation home!

We had a great time staying at this property. The owners were wonderful and prompt in responding to a few issues that were outside of the home. Only down side was not having a game room, but that was our fault for not realizing when reviewing the photos of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and were thankful for a great home to stay in.

Wonderful Disney Home

This was an excellent property for our family vacation. Easy access to the parks and restaurants! The pool and hot tub were great and Cathy was super amazing to work with. See you on our next visit!

We had an amazing stay. The house was even better than in the pictures. The beds were all very comfortable, they had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels for the pool. The heated pool was excellent. I would strongly recommend booking this home for your vacation.

My family & I traveled to Florida to visit the Disney parks and Universal Studios. we had a great time at this place. The location was perfect to travel to the parks, walmart & target were close by. I would stay here again and recommend it to those who are looking!

I don’t have one negative thing to say about this property. Cathy was always helpful, and this property is convenient to so many things. Awesome vacation spot!

I will definitely book this property again! The owner and management teams were there to help with any thing that arose. The scenery is amazing and the pool area, relaxing and inviting. The best part is it’s close to all of the parks and by the end of the vacation the family was renewed and ready to go back to the real world. Thank you for an amazing time!

Perfect For Families

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and will stay here again in the future. This home had everything we needed! Cathy called us upon check in to make sure everything was ok. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more than enough space. The private pool was a hit for the kids. Very quiet and secure neighborhood! We felt very safe and have no complaints.

Lovely House

We love the layout of this house - it's bright, with a lot of windows and plenty of rooms for everyone! Overall, the house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Cathy was very responsive to any and all issues we faced. She is easy to work with and cares deeply about the house and her guests!

Wonderful time

We had an amazing vacation while staying at Cathy’s villa. The property looked exactly the same as on the pictures, rooms were spacious, beds super comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Cathy was very responsive to all of our calls, very highly recommended!

Perfect winter getaway

We had such a wonderful vacation at Cathy’s home. We travelled to Florida for a winter getaway and felt so comfortable in this home. Cathy was so fast with her communication and ensured everything was smooth and great. This place had everything we needed and was comfortable and suitable for our family and young kids. Great location, wonderful owners

This was a wonderful house for a family get together. It is conveniently located to all things Disney and other attractions. The pool and hottub are wonderful and the neighborhood is vey safe and secure. Communication with the owners from the time we booked until the time we departed far exceeded our expectations. They answered all our questions and provided information about resources in the area. They were responsive to any issue/question that arose and were particularly helpful when a family member had an unexpected medical issue arise.

Amazing trip and amazing home

From the moment I booked Cathy was in touch and quick to answer any questions up until the day we arrived. Which she even checked day of arrival to make sure everything went ok. The home was beautiful with plenty of bed and rooms. The pool is very Secured for the little ones and the community is perfect for the teens to go out and about with plenty of things to do. It is in the perfect location to any of the parks while you are down there and great location for any type of shopping. I will definitely be booking with Cathy again for my next trip down (my family didn’t want to leave).
