The Perfect Vacation Home for Disney & Beyond
This home did not disappoint! After numerous home rentals over the years, this one delivered on their listing and more. The location was perfect for Disney and Disney Springs and not far from Universal. The home was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated in inviting fun themes that dazzled. The Star Wars room was the biggest hit and such effort was put forward in each of the rooms to really deliver a magical experience. The beds and other furniture were extremely comfortable with nothing forgotten. An extra perk were the amenities of soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish pad, garbage bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods. Most homes present a starter pack but the hosts were over the top with what was provided. The game room was one of my favorites thanks to the multi Pac-Man arcade along with Star Wars pinball and much more. The pool was perfect sized for our small group with enough lounge chairs for all. Another amazing bonus was a pellet provided grill that I fell in love with and cooked meat to perfection! The kitchen was fully equipped with a large quantity of any dish or utensil needed along with great appliances including a Keurig with pods and an air fryer to name some. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and is close to everything needed to make it a memorable vacation. There was even a winery nearby to top off any trip. I'd highly recommend this home and the hosts were exceptional as well!

Family Time
First was amazed by how clean the whole house was inside and out. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Added plus was the garage that was fantastic game room for the kids, pinball, air hockey, foos ball, pinball, Pac-man and video games available. Garage was also air conditioned. VRBO host also periodically checked in on us to see if we needed any thing. Awesome vacation experience, thanks. Hoping to stay at this VRBO location in the future.

Loved the Villa
This was probably one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in while vacationing anywhere. The game room and the pool was enjoyed by all 6 of us (all adults from age 40 up to 65!! The themed rooms were great, and very well done!! I think I heard my sister say the only thing that she found missing in the home was Kleenex...lol...We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay.

Where to start with this house. If the pool and location don’t pull you in, the themed bedrooms definitely will! All the little touches this house has to offer are wonderful, especially for those booking with kids! Our 3 and 1 year old couldn’t have been happier with their stay! Great stay in Orlando!
We really loved our stay at this home in Orlando! It met all of our requirements for a vacation home. It was super clean. It really is only 10 min to Disney parks, very convenient. The pool was very clean and the pool heat worked great. The game room was very fun and everything was in working order. Everything in the house was in excellent condition and provided everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. The communication with the owners was great and it was clear that if we had any issues during our stay, they would have managed them quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house for Disney vacation
We stayed at this home for a week during our Disney vacation. The house had everything we needed and you can tell a lot of thought was put into setting up the home. The pool was a big hit on our off day and early evenings. Our kids loved the bedrooms and were happy to have toys to play with. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners communicated very well when we had questions before and during our stay! Location was perfect for days at Disney and anything else we needed. Walmart was very close and there were a lot of good restaurants nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing experience!
Perfect experience! Owners communicated great and the house was spectacular. If your kids want a Disney themed house, this is the one. Decorated extremely well with many details. We elected to have the heated pool for the one day "off" between visiting Disney Parks and it was great. Kids had a great time. I could not find a single negative thing to comment on if you choose to stay here. You won't be disappointed!

We recently stayed at this incredible house, and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Fantastic Property, Owners, Location, and Decor for Disney!
My family and another recently stayed here and had a wonderful time. The owners were great with their communications, the location was only a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks and 35 minute drive to MCO airport. The house was well decorated and themed, extremely clean, and very accurate to the posting. The owners were very accommodating and communicated nicely. The pool and game room were a great bonus too.

Relaxing Getaway
We loved our 1 week stay at our home away from home. Palm Villa has everything you need to enjoy on yorlur daya off from the Disney Parks. Kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Rooms are decorated beautifully and beds are very comfortable. Target is nearby, which I would recommend because the nearby WalMart seemed just as busy as Magic Kingdom. This home was amazing for our first family trip to Disney. The kids each picked out their favorite room and we had plenty of space to relax and have a comfortable stay. Excellent Stay at Palm Villa
We had a great time in this home. The entire family was comfortable. Everything was clean and we loved the themed decorations. We cook because we have food allergies and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts responded quicky to all our questions. Wonderful Disney Vacation Experience
The entire villa was exactly what I was looking for for my families first Disney experience with our kiddos. They absolutely loved the themed rooms and all the Disney decor. They said, “it was magical!” The location was perfect with just a short drive to the theme parks and stores close by. The hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day and eating outside with the screened back patio and not having to worry about flies or bugs at all. We will definitely be coming back for future stays!

Delightful Family Vacation
This was the perfect house for our family! It is located about 15'-20' mn from Disney property and was an easy Uber ride to the park. At the end of a long day- we took a refreshing dip in the pool and on our down days we went swimming 2-3 times a day. The game room was a huge hit and our son was reining champion of the air hockey table. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need including dish soap and a fresh sponge. The hosts were gracious enough to provide some laundry tabs and dishwashing detergent to make our stay as easy as possible. The kids room was stocked full of stuff, our daughter loved the Frozen sing along toy and we were encouraged to "Let it Go" on a nightly basis. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions that we had. This was the perfect house for our family- we would love to stay here again in the future!

Stayed here with family. The house and rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. All basic amenities included. The pool was amazing, so nice and warm. The kids loved the assortment of toys at the house. Communication with host was great. We had one small issue and within a couple hours they had someone over to fix it. Highly recommend this place !!

I stayed here with my family and friends for our vacation and it was perfect for us. The amenities for my son, who is almost 2, were great and the luxuries for us adults were nice too! The proximity to Disney and other attractions were not far at all! I would definitely recommend and keep this place in mind for our next vacation!
