"Overall the trip was great the house was not bad, But the driveway is very rough on low riding vehicles. I also found it weird that during my stay the owner message to me to let me know he would be dropping off a snow plow at the house that day. I know it's their property and all it just felt weird as I paid thousands of dollars to be there."

"This rustic cabin is beautiful and comfortable, with gorgeous views of the lake. It has everything you need, right down to salt and pepper, travel-size soap / shampoo etc. Lots of games and books, plus good Wifi and tv (including over the air tv and Hulu access if you have a subscription). We loved the fireplace inside and the firepit outside (you need to provide your own wood but it's for sale at multiple places nearby). It's so quiet, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere! "This camp was great. The screened in porch had an amazing view of the pond. If it had been a touch warmer we would have had our dinners out on porch. But it was lovely to sit out on and watch the ducks. The kitchen had everything needed and more! Lots of dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. The property owner was very helpful. Lots of good information about the camp and area. She gave us some time to get our stuff in and get settled a bit before she visited. The location was just the right amount...

"This home was welcoming, very clean, beautifully decorated and was so well cared for!!! All communications to owner were quickly responded to and 100% on target for questions we asked. The house is in a quiet section, perfect for star gazing, 10 minutes to Bar Harbor and so close to Acadia entrances and all that Acadia offers!!! We loved this property and will be back!!! Outstanding host and property!"

"Nice clean comfortable hotel for a UMaine visit. Friendly and quick check in. Breakfast was fine - Jimmy Dean egg sandwiches and make your own waffles and cereal and toast - the basics. Dunkin’ around the corner. "
