"This is a hotel conveniently located in the city center. The staff were friendly and check in was quick. Staff could help with different tasks such as printing off your boarding pass etc. The breakfast was marvellous, so much choice in food and drink, and also gluten free and other allergenic options which is great! Room was clean and tidy. I felt safe there visiting as a single female traveller. Suggestions for improvements: Get a peep hole installed in the hotel room doors and a chain as well. You have no way of knowing who is at the door when someone knocks without actually opening the door to them. Maybe some information in the room about how to contact reception? It could be good to have a kettle and a fridge in the room. When you make a packed lunch for people who are missing breakfast, some more flair and variety would be nice, especially given how nice the hotel breakfast is compared to what you receive."

The food was delicious, the staff were beyond amazing, and the wine bar is probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. It’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. If you find yourself in Trondheim? I 10/10 recommend staying at the Britannia! "
