"This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...

"On the plus sides: The property is fun and ecclectic. I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. "Chandler was wonderful and answered communication quickly. We arrived a little early and we were able to place our bags inside the facility and waited for the cleaners to finish on the Deck. The home is spacious and well-maintained. I would stay here again."
