Botanical 2 Bedroom Bungalow with Com Pool VM33

Summary:
We are proud to present this modernized bungalow located in Verdemar II Urbanisation; Villamartin. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lovely back garden, private solarium and a communal pool. This property has been recently refurbished throughout to leave it with a lovely modern feel while still retaining its classic Spanish exterior. There are a number of bars and restaurants within a short distance from the property in the La Fuente Comercial Center. A home away from home with all you need for a quick getaway.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
You enter the property into the open plan living room/dining area. The living room has a sofa, coffee table and a cabinet with the smart tv on top. The smart TV has English and Spanish television. The living room also has an air-conditioning unit. There is a 4 person dining table in the dining area.
Just off the living room is the American style kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, etc. The dishwasher, fridge and washing machine are located off the kitchen in a utility room.
You exit the open plan space and enter a hallway, to the immediate left you have the bathroom, this is equipped with a step down shower, mirror with built in vanity lighting, toilet and sink.
At the end of the hallway you have the second bedroom; this has twin single beds, bedside cabinets and there is a built-in wardrobe and air-conditioning.
The master bedroom is on the right and has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, air-conditioning and built-in wardrobe. From the master bedroom you have a glassed seating area before exiting out into the garden.
The garden has two seating areas, a little nook at the back perfect for a coffee in the morning and a large 6 person dining table that is protected by an awning that rolls out when needed.
You have access to the solarium from the small terrace in front of the property, where there is a small table and chairs that overlooks the cascading water feature that flows throughout the community.

The Neighborhood:
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10 minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard. Where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
There are many blue flagged beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the Spanish coastline. Playa La Zenia is one of Orihuela's most visited beaches and is located between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. The beach has a length of 350 meters and from here you can walk endlessly along the beautiful coastline, which is a beautiful sight in itself.
The Verdemar II Urbanisation is also close to the golf resorts Villamartin Golf, Real club de Golf and Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. An excellent residence for golf enthusiasts.
In Torrevieja (only 20 minutes drive), there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and Water Park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.

Getting Around:
For those with a car, explore the Spanish villages (e.g. Murcia, Cartagena, Elche) close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.

Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.

The house is very fonctionnal and very beautiful. It s situated in a very good area with all you need around. The beaches aren t far from the house(10min). We really appreciated the care that the agency gave to us. If you want a very peaceful and resting stay you can choose that pretty house with eyes closed. We had a very good time there. Thank you

Een prima verblijf gehad. Het appartement is hygiënisch en schoon. Wasmachine en vaatwasser zijn beschikbaar. Ook veel spullen aanwezig die vrij te gebruiken waren. Supermarkten en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Hoewel alles begane grond is, is het appartement niet zonder trappetjes te bereiken wat een beetje lastig was met onze gehuurde fietsen (van Lammertink Bikes). Pedaalemmer mag wel een keer worden vervangen.
