Fully enjoy the luxury offered by this modern holiday home. Both by the private pool and from the terrace, you will have stunning views of the surrounding area. Located near the internationally renowned Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, it comfortably accommodates friends or family. Besides a beautiful 18-hole golf course, the prestigious Las Colinas houses an international restaurant (Unik Café), a sushi bar (Enso Sushi), an Italian restaurant (Il Palco) and a mini-supermarket. A sports and health club with gym and spa treatments, 3 tennis courts, 2 padel courts and a multisport court are not missing either. The white-sand beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras are less than 10 km away, as is the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. The interior of the house is cosy and comfortable. You can read a good book on the lovely terrace and the air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days. A bathrobe is included in the price!

This villa exceeded all our expectations! It was perfect for our girls' getaway—private, beautiful, and spacious, We loved the ample space and the great communication from the host, Just a heads up: there were hairdryers available despite being informed otherwise, Also, renting a car is a must since the location is quite remote with no public transport options, We struggled to find taxis, but the property does have a garage, Lastly, don't forget to buy bottled water as the tap water isn't safe to drink

The villa was as beautiful as the photos suggest, It was spotless, had sufficient amenities, and the host was quick to reply to messages, I appreciated their concern during check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, The checkout instructions were clear, Although the key collection details were a bit confusing, we were greeted and given a tour of the lovely villa, The location was peaceful, and while a car is necessary, it was wonderful to enjoy such a picturesque area and easily access the town and beach, I highly recommend the on-site Italian restaurant and found the mini market extremely helpful, The nature trails are definitely worth exploring, I've already booked my return trip, Thank you for a delightful villa experience!

The villa was just as beautiful as the photos, It was very clean, had sufficient facilities, and the host was prompt in responding to messages, I appreciated the check-in process and confirmation that everything was as expected, The checkout instructions were clear, Despite some confusion regarding key collection, we were greeted and given a tour of the lovely villa, The area is quiet, and a car is definitely needed, but it was nice to be in such a beautiful location and able to visit town or the beach when desired, I recommend the on-site Italian restaurant, and the mini market was very helpful, The nature trails are worth visiting, I've already booked to come back, Thank you for a wonderful villa and visit
