Pros: This was the best stay we had until now. The propriety is clean, well-equipped and situated in a very safe part of villa Martin. The swimmingpool was just a few steps away and we enjoyed it very much. Communication with the owner was pleasant as was our contact during arrival and departure! We will definitely come back to this place!

Pros: New in 2017 this minimalist apartment has everything you need in a new development area. Ideally situated between (five to ten minuutes drive either way) Villamartin Plaza for dining & golf & La Zenia for the beach & the largest shopping mall in that area of Spain. Our ages ranged from 2 years to 62 & there was plenty to appeal to everyone

Pros: We have just come back having spent two weeks in this apartment. This is a new build and we were the first to stay. The apartment is clean and airy and of course everything was brand new so we couldn't complain. There is ducted air conditioning, fibre broadband, satellite TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with both appliances and utensils. There is also a communal pool. The owner, Achiel, is a very friendly Belgian man who really couldn't have been nicer. Overall I would fully recommend this property.

Pros: Super schoon appartement. Veel wit, maar wel sfeer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruimte genoeg. Met heerlijk balkon waar je zowel in zon als schaduw kan zitten. Enige nadeel voor ons was de herrie van het bouwen naast het complex. Maar als alles afgebouwd is in de toekomst, is er niets op aan te merken.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist brandneu, modern und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einem Gebäudekomplex mit mehreren Wohneinheiten, der auch einen Pool beinhaltet. Die Terrasse bietet neben 2 Liegen noch eine Lounchgarnitur sowie einen kompletten Esstisch für 6 Personen. Man kann also komplett im Freien leben, wenn man das möchte. In den Herbst und Wintermonaten ist die geräumige Wohnung sehr hell und verfügt über breite Fensterfronten, die einem das Gefühl geben, fast wieder draußen zu sein. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, auch wenn das Gebiet noch nicht voll erschlossen ist. Golfenplätze rundherum, einen privaten Parkplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nur Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand.
