"Overall stay was good, the property was as described. The location was great for walking and the neighbors were friendly. The only negative is the house had only one television and it was downstairs. Would have been nice to have televisions in the bedrooms."

"We've been staying at the Oriental Inn and Marina for years and wanted to try something different. We are so glad that we did! We met so many wonderful people. The screened in porch was our favorite place to relax with a drink and watch the boats come and go. My wife was also able to get a massage at the Harborview Day Spa just downstairs. "Looks can be deceiving. The exterior doesn't match the interior. The interior was clean, spacious and modern. It is about a mile from the downtown area, so we trailered our golf cart which was a huge benefit. They do provide bicycles if you don't have a golf cart. We would stay here again."

We stayed in the downstairs unit which has a lovely back porch, great little patio and plenty of off street parking. "We loved every inch of Sweetwater Cottage. The neighborhood amenities are very nice and easy to access. Bullfrogs sang us to sleep. Spotless and comfortable! Super quiet neighborhood. Nothing is closer than Oriental, so plan your trip accordingly. We ate at Brantley’s, Barcos, and Toucan Bar and Grill. All were good.
