The property sits at the top of a rather steep hill (note to mobility challenged). At the moment, it is surrounded by several houses and condos in various stages of construction. "House and grounds are beautifully decorated and maintained. Great location that is a short walk to the beach or restaurants. Only negative was some weird knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell the first 2 nights but guessing that is just some opportunists looking for unlocked doors on rentals. Keep yourdoors locked and you will have a lovely time!"
