Magnifique et spacieux appartement de 110m² au rez-de-chaussée, offrant un vaste espace de vie comprenant une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée ouverte sur le salon TV, puis donnant accès à une terrasse confortable dotée d`un espace repas ombragé et clôturé.

Vous découvrirez deux chambres accueillantes avec des lits king size très confortables, chacune bénéficiant de sa propre salle de bain.

Vous avez accès à la piscine de la résidence, très calme.

Caribbean Princess est également une résidence joliment arborée, avec une très belle végétation tropicale, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la place du Village de la Baie Orientale, le site touristique le plus apprécié de Saint-Martin pour :

- la beauté de sa longue plage et de son environnement,
- ses restaurants et ses bars de plage,
- ses activités nautiques (kite-surf, jet ski, voile),
- ses commerces de proximité (supermarché, coiffeur, boulangerie, tabac),

À l’arrivée, une équipe de conciergerie vous accueillera à la propriété.

Un petit parking sépare la résidence de la plage, qui est particulièrement animée le dimanche.

Great location and clean!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Here are additional things we wish we knew ahead of time: Hot water tank is very small and hardly enough for 2 quick showers. There are only two good beach chairs. The other two are rusted and uncomfortable. Trash has to be driven to the trash cans as they are 300 meters away. We had to buy water to drink and brush teeth as we were told not to drink tap unless boiled. Bathroom has no place to hang towels. There were 3 power failures. One lasted 4 hours which is a problem for AC.

Beautiful property - Wonderful location

The managers/owner communication was excellent and timely. They quickly resolved a tiny issue in processing the payment for our stay. The property itself was very well kept, clean and well laid out. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and even spices in the property on arrival. All of the photos are very accurate. The condo is spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The location is great with a nice uncrowded section of beach located directly in front. The KKO Beach Club and others are only a short walk away and offer loungers/umbrellas and food/beverage service for what we considered a reasonable cost. Be sure to use the owner/managers suggestions that they provide on a variety of topics including rental car etc. Orient Beach is wonderful, safe and has a number of very good restaurants located in the central business street/courtyard area within easy walking distance. We loved our stay at Princess Coco.

70th birthday trip

My wife and I celebrated my 70th birthday at your beautiful condo with another couple. Absolutely perfect vacation home for 2 couples who are great friends. Perfect location on French side of St. Martin on the beach w a very nice pool. Immaculately clean! Will definitely stay here again on next St Martin trip. Since condo is on the beach, it is a little hard to find. All we had to do is go to google maps and type in Caribbean Princess Camille and our navigation problems were over. GREAT VACATION!!!

Paradise Saint Martins

We loved this place. Very spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. And perfectly clean! The host was responsive and very helpful and friendly. I don’t think you could find a better spot to chill out for a week and enjoy romance. We loved it!

The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. It suited all four of our needs because of the great outdoor patio and a wonderful common living area with a full kitchen.

Allez y sans hésiter!!

Merveilleux condo à quelques pas de plage Orient Bay. La communication avec les hôtes est excellente, ils sont très attentionnés. Et la condo est absolument magnifique, bien entretenu, les lits sont très confortables, je reviendrais sans hésiter. Cette partie de la mer est plus agité et il y a plus de vent, dependamment de ce que vous recherchez. Mais ce n’est pas dérangeant, au contraire, il fait beaucoup moins chaud sur la plage. Un merci spécial à Alex qui a bien pris soin de nous et qui a répondu à tous nos questions. À la prochaine !!!

Very pleased

The location was great - short walk to anything you want - and the unit was all that we hoped for. Updated bathrooms and kitchen was nice. Living space and bedrooms all had plenty of space for us. Would stay here again.

Fabulous on every dimension

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo and our time is St Martin. The Coco Princess condo was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and had good WiFi. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the area was quiet, making for excellent sleeping. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful, stress-free vacation: easy and safe parking, washer and dryer and all necessary appliances, a lovely outdoor sitting area that faces the beach (although a fence separates the condo's garden area from the beach, which offers privacy and security) and it is within easy walking distance of many lovely restaurants, a wonderful bakery, and a small market. The hosts were responsive and helpful, offering local tips and great dining recommendations (the Rainbow Cafe and L'Auberge Gourmand in nearby Grand Case are not to be missed!). Overall, it was one of our best trips ever and if we are ever back in St Martin, we will definitely stay here again!
