Our beloved home is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Orient Bay, just steps from the beach, next to most of the island's best restaurants and close to all the amenities you may need during your vacation (supermarket, French bakery). Close enough to do everything on foot, but far enough to not hear a sound once you're in your house. An ideal compromise!

We had a wonderful stay at Manuela’s property. We were there for 2 months and would highly recommend it due to excellent location a stone’s throw from both the beach and the village in Orient Bay. Manuela is extremely responsive to any needs you have. All in all, life really is good in SXM!

The property was beyond beautiful and the host was by far one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The location was perfection and the layout of the house just ideal. I’ll definitely be back soon!
