The Space:
Located on the 1st floor in a duplex, this apartment in the heart of the village of orient bay in a residence newly renovated in 2023, has a private terrace for your meals offering a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea and the large seaside pool.
Direct beach access.

It comprises :
- A living room with a sofa bed
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine).
- Ground floor: bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC
- Upstairs, two bedrooms with Queen Size (160x200), and a bathroom with washbasin and WC.
- Air conditioning in all rooms
- Plenty of storage space
- TV and high-speed Internet access (WiFi).
- Bed linen and towels provided.

- Free parking available in the residence

The Neighborhood:
You'll find everything you need in the village, just a 2-minute walk away: a mini-market, a beauty salon, a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacconist, a pizzeria, a rotisserie, and numerous restaurants overlooking the very long beach of Orient Bay, which offers a wide range of water sports (kite-surfing, jet skiing, sailing).


In Hope Estate, a 10-minute drive away, you'll find the large French supermarket "Super U" and in Cole Bay "Carrefour Market", mainly for American products.

On the French side, Grand-Case awaits you with its gourmet restaurants.

On the Dutch side, you'll enjoy casinos and other nightlife venues.

Getting Around:
The nearest airport, Grand Case-Espérance, is 3 km away on the French side.

Princess Juliana International Airport is about 40 minutes away by car.

Weekend Getaway

Our trip was planned spontaneously and the host was quick to answer any questions and worked with us and our schedule. The apartment we rented was in perfect condition and the location could t have been better. The pricing was very fair, they could probably have charged more considering the location of the property to such an iconic beach. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. I actually think I tried to overcomplicate it since I'm not use to the process being so simple here in the states. I had a great time and the next trip to Saint-Martin, I'll definitely be coming back to stay here.
