"We absolutely loved this property. It was actually far better and nicer than the pictures showed. The 2 beds/mattresses were newish and extremely comfortable. Large closet with hangars. Tons of windows and natural light. Kitchen was perfect and very very well equipped for cooking in. The small sunroom with daybed was perfect for morning coffee and watching wildlife. Only note to future renters is that the road in is a single dirt lane - you will likely meet someone during your stay and have to back out. Not a biggie though. If we go back to this area of CA, we would absolutely stay here again. "

"The house was great! The property managers were on site and in the house when we came to check-in at 5:30pm, so that concerned us a little bit. The lady, I forgot her name, but she mentioned she was removing a dehumidifier and didn't know anyone was staying in the house for the weekend. She left right after removing the dehumidifier. The house is definitely right off the main highway; however, traffic was very light and the windows kept all the noise out. The two main beds were very high! They were comfortable, but you definitely needed to have some energy left from the day to get in them. Otherwise, everything was very neat, tidy, and comfortable. "

"The place was very nice, clean, and the yard and views of the ocean were great. The litlle town of Trinidad is so pretty and had a couple of great restaurants that we really enjoyed. "
