"We had an excellent stay. Staff could not have been more helpful, the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. We loved the small kitchen which was well equipped. We would have liked a welcome pack with a dishwasher tablet, soap to wash the dishes and a tea towel. We would have happily paid for that at reception. We will definitely be back and come prepared if eating in the room. "

The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure! There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring! "
