"The best place I've stayed in Copenhagen. We have a young child and they were very accommodating as well as gave us a lot of recommendations. This was also a great central location to ride bikes or walk from but not right in the middle of downtown so there was less noise in the mornings. We are definitely coming back."

"A modern and clean hotel. By far the best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. A huge selection of hot and cold food including cooked to order eggs. The gym is adequate but the sauna is small and only open in the evenings, so no early morning saunas. The cocktail bar on the top floor has amazing views, but the bar area itself is small. Most of it is allocated to the restaurant, so if you want a guaranteed seat, you need to book in for dinner."

"Great value. My room was lovely. Although the little step you had to step over into the bathroom got me a few times. The hotel is located in the Royal Quarter you can walk to the palace, the government building shopping, etc. and of course the water. "

"Our stay was great. The hotel is within short walking distance to attractions. Kudos to Bernardo for assisting us with finding transportation to the cruise port when availability was limited due to the Copenhagen marathon. When we visit Copenhagen again will definitely stay there."

"the chargers did not work in our pod, the fan also didn’t work and it got very hot in there to the point it was uncomfortable. There were 2 cubical toilets for over 40 people to use that were constantly blocked and broken. The showers and toilets were extremely unclean and there were far too many people using the toilets and not enough of them. Good location but not worth it for the uncleanliness and uncomfortableness. The staff were nice however the whole experience was disappointing."
