"From booking to arriving to completing our stay everything was easy and really well done. Robert is lovely and greeted us on our arrival and showed us around. The room was well appointed and the bath robes were a nice touch even though we didn't use them. Breakfast was amazing. Opening the curtains to see the goat, chickens and cows was lovely. So nice and really felt welcome. Highly recommend and this will be a place I will try to book again when travelling to Auckland."

"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. Property owner was well prepared and friendly when we arrived, communication before arrival was excellent. The only (very very minor) request for improvement would be a light on the sign on the road, we returned at night and struggled to locate the entrance confidently in the dark. "We booked the cheapest room for two nights, but when we got there, Andy told us that we're their only guests for the weekend, so they upgraded our room to the suite. 😊 The suite was stunning with a big living room and kitchen, also with ecstatic views.
