"I was asked to leave my car keys with the hotel staff because their parking area is very small for a hotel of that size. During this time, my rental vehicle was damaged by a member of the hotel staff.
I have CCTV footage of the incident, as well as a signed incident report from the hotel. They initially promised to cover the cost of the damage within 3–4 days. However, it has now been over two weeks, and instead of compensating me, they have only been providing excuses and delaying the payment."
