Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, ensuite master bathroom with dual sinks and modern finishes.

Kids Bedroom: A dream setup for children, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a full-size bed—sleeping up to 5. Includes Kid's games and a TV for added fun.

Additional Bedrooms: Three more bedrooms, each with queen or full-size beds, providing cozy and private sleeping spaces for guests of all ages.

There is a full bathroom downstairs, including a modern hallway bath with sleek tile, spacious vanities, and updated fixtures. And Half baths for the game rooms.

The home includes two fully equipped kitchens (upstairs and downstairs), each with modern appliances, stocked cabinets, and ample prep space. The upstairs kitchen opens into the main dining area with seating for 10, perfect for shared meals and celebrations.

The main living room upstairs offers vaulted ceilings, large windows with mountain views, and a comfortable space for conversation. Downstairs, a second living area includes plush seating, a smart TV, and a pool table.

Speaking of entertainment: this home includes 3 dedicated game areas, featuring an arcade machine, air hockey, a mini fridge and a pool table—ideal for kids and adults alike.

Conmigo Vacation Rentals is a short-term rental property management company whose mission is to create homes that ignite imagination to create memories for our worldwide guests. In Spanish, conmigo means “with me”. It is our goal to help all our guests feel like they are staying with us, in our own homes through comfort, cleanliness, and connection to the local community. We will not be on site, but we will be available to help you through the app!

The Gathering Place is set in a beautiful, open residential area.
1) You agree to pay for any items that become damaged during your stay or damage to the property.
2) EARLY or LATE check in/out: If our cleaning team is finished, we would be happy to accommodate an early check in. If you need to stay late, without approval, there will be a $50 late charge to the guest.
3) PET POLICY : Pets are allowed with approval, however there will be a $10 a day charge per pet. This fee will be waived for verified service animals. Any damages caused by your pet will be charged in accordance with the repair and or professional cleaning. There will be a $250 charge for unauthorized animal fee.
4) Smoking/Vaping: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking or vaping inside the property.
5) Pre Existing DAMAGES : Guests are allowed up to two hours after their booking to report any pre existing damages to the property by contacting Nailed It Vacation Homes directly.
6) FOUND ITEMS : Items left behind will be held for 14 days. You must reach out to Nailed IT Vacation Homes directly to coordinate the return of your left behind items. Shipping costs must be paid in advance for the return of your items. After 14 days those items will be considered abandoned.
7) Extended stay CLEANING FEE : For guest staying longer than 18 days, there will be a 50% increase in the advertised cleaning fee.
8) Check in is after 4pm MST.
9) Check out is before 10am MST.
10) Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
11) There are only sleeping accommodations for 16 which includes one queen size air mattress. One pack 'n' play is available for an infant.
