"This is a cozy daylight basement rental. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. You could hear the people upstairs a little bit but only during the daytime so it wasn't really a problem. Property manager was very communicative and helpful."

"Quiet, gorgeous neighborhood, extremly comfortable beds. I had several packages arrive during our time and the homeowners made sure they were placed near our private door entrance. They also helped us with a needed thermostat adjustment. No kitchen towels was about my only complaint. Everything else was fabulous."

"The property owner, summer, designed and built an apartment adjacent to her house that she or anyone would be very comfortable living in. The layout, the decorative aspects of the decor, and every single little amenity that was thought of all contribute to a completely amazing stay. Being located 20 minutes from Ulta and Snowbird skiing, her apartment was outfitted with ski storage area, boot, dryers, and to top it off use of their hot tub, which really was amazing for the sore muscles, and with...

"The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week."
