"Great location to Shakespeare Theatre and close to the park, restaurant and all other stores, gift shops. The breakfast was great and the area was very quiet and nice. The only thing might be mentioned that body washer and shampoo is so small to use with even 2 persons. Better be provided with enough quantities for reservated number of persons. Otherwise I loved to stay here with my son for Shaspeares performance."

Luxuriously comfortable & peaceful getaway downtown Ashland, with views.

10/10 Excellent
"This is a well-deserved 5-star review! Communication with the host was excellent as she was accessible. You can't beat a property next to a small garden with a fruiting peach tree in August. The host provides filtered water in the refrigerator, so needed in the 100 degree heat. There are high quality coffee fixings (not a coffee drinker) AND high quality teas (both herbal and caffeinated) - always a plus in my book. Beautiful interior space and the most comfortable bed with plush pillows and a warm bedcover for a great sleep experience in the darkness of night.I only stayed one night, though it was the best sleep I've had in ages. The peach was absolutely delicious, too.Note for people who need this information, there is a flight of stairs which is well lit. I walked to the Shakespeare Theatre and home again. Such a delightful stay. I can see why it is a favorite!"

"Great location for walking around downtown Ashland. Cute place with old charm character- and a great front porch to people watch. We rented this for our family while in town for SOUs graduation. It is split in two units so we weren't altogether but we still had a great time. Would stay here again."
