"Nice rental 1 block to center of town.Awesome front porch"

"Really nice house, cool backyard. All amenities you would expect. Host was kind and attentive."

"Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us. We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money. Pros: Great location, fair price,...

"Perfect for a small family. The hosts were extremely nice especially to my 3 year old granddaughter. It’s a pleasant .4 mile walk to downtown Nevada City. I would definitely stay there again."

It’s beyond rude to the proprietor and future guests. That there are grounds with ashtrays makes your selfishness more offensive. We will be back, but probably...

"It's an amazing place to stay."
