Hotel Orebro was a good place for us to stay for a spontaneous trip to Orebro. The room is clean and comfortable and has close proximity to the castle and nice restaurants. The staff was kind and accommodating as well.

Enkelt boende som var rent och fräscht. Helt okay om man inte har krav på extravaganser. Bra läge i Örebro. Skaplig frukost.

Okej för dom pengarna centralt läge. Men ingen känsla på hotellet. Lobbyn ser ut som dom monterar ner den och noll mysfaktor. Frukosten ok men inte mer. Bra bacon och frallor. Äggröran hade en bismak så åt ej upp.

Nice, clean place centrally located. Great value. Would absolutely stay there again.

Trevligt bemötande av personalen i receptionen och frukosten var helt ok. Rummet däremot var inte bra. Smutsiga dynor på stolarna och den övre udda madrassen var helt kollapsad på yttersidan och gjorde sängen sjukt obekväm. Dessutom luktade det starkt av avlopp på toaletten. Hela entrevåningen under ombyggnad och liknade en byggarbetsplats vilket man inte kunde läsa sig till på webbsidan. Vi lämnade feedback på ett trevligt sätt och fick ett trevligt svar men inget förslag på kompensation vilket hade varit på sin plats.
