It was a lovely property and very relaxing lobby. Food was good. Everyone was great in making sure our stay was good from front desk to dinning staff. Will stay at this hotel again.

Pleasant stay

Cosy hotel with friendly personnel and great location. Only minus was the limited parking area and the confusing street parking resulting a parking ticket.

Room are small, no Safe, tiny pillow. No printed information on where and how to use the car parking, wich is difficult to find. Not real control on the temprature neather. Finally, not a lot of smiles at the reception or at the breakfast; maybe we were disturbing? Last time in Scandic.

The location is central for Orebro. You do not need a car. Even in the winter you can walk to many things so long as you dress appropriately.

We were there 25/12 and were given the complimentary dinner and breakfast. Both were very good. Staff were lovely even though they were busy. Somehow managed to hook a room without windows. I would be more careful next time as I did not like that, but it was only 1 night here. A bit claustrophobic for me. Overall a good stay but beware of no windows!

Schöne Lage unweit des Schlosses. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat uns auf Veranstaltungen zu Midsommer hingewiesen. Stilgemäß zur Fika Erdbeerkuchen. Auch das Abendessen war zusätzlich mit Midsommerspezialitäten bestückt. Das Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Erdgeschoss zur Straßenseite ohne Tagesvorhänge. Doppelbett mit nur einem seitlichen Einstieg für beide. Entsprechend abgewirtschaftet und unbequem die Schlaffläche. Kein entspanntes Schlafen, eher eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Schade

Mycket trevligt centralt hotell med bra frukost. Middagen som ingick (fick vegetarisk alternativ utan problem) var sådär men ändå helt okej. Saknade golv-handduk på toan som blev blött efter dusch. Återkommer garanterat!
