Peaceful hotel

The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. WIFI did not work in the room. I had to work in the hotel lobby.

Great hotel in the centre of Ordino

The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep.

Great staff, good breakfast. Lovely cosy & inviting downstairs communal areas. Expedia room very basic & well worn. Cracked walls around window, broken lamps in room, stains on walls etc. Everything has seen used lots over the years & in need of a good update. Requested a double bed but had twin beds that seperate when sleeping on shiny floor. Very clean, good views, ideally located for hiking. Suited our needs very well, luxury jet bathtub. Could be about £20 cheaper until upgrades happen to improve tired areas in room. Still it was comfortable & friendly.

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up.

Nos alojamos en agosto 2024,y fue todo muy bien en este hotel, trato del personal, el desayuno muy bueno ,es bufet libre. El hotel esta situado al lado de la montaña y hay unas vistas maravillosas y el ambiente muy tranquilo.Tiene parking gratuito.

Très déçu, beaucoup de choses à revoir

Très déçu de notre séjour. Cet hôtel a bien baissé en qualité. Des travaux de rénovation seraient les bienvenus. Dans la chambre : rideau occultant abîmé et troué, baignoire en mauvaise état. Nous avions demandé une chambre grand lit et nous retrouvons avec 2 petits lits : aucune négociation possible. Les abords de la piscine sont moyens : pas de sanitaire, cabines pour se changer délabrées. Serveur au petit déjeuner désagréable Nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans cet établissement
