"My family and I stayed at the comfort suites for 2 night and I only have 2 complaints, the first one being we couldn’t enjoy using the pool because the chlorine was so strong and burning our eyes and the 2nd one being the beds . The mattresses were rock hard and so uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on them . Other than those two things the hotel was very clean along with the rooms and the continental breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly."

"Overall experience was positive. We stayed 4 days. The breakfast was good. We liked the outdoor pool and the facility was clean. Only minor complaint was the housekeeping staff. We never had conditioner in our bathroom. And on some days, not all of the items were refilled. I had a makeup wipe on the first day but never again. And on the last day we didn’t have a bath mat towel and they didn’t refill the bag in the ice bucket. I never said anything to the management so that’s on me. I did use the last of our box of tissues and the front office staff gave me two boxes promptly. Location was great and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again."
