Step outside, and the mountains are right there - close enough that you catch the pine-scented air the moment you open the door. This three-bedroom cabin retreat sits in a mountain setting with wide-open views, a hot tub to sink into after a day on the trails, and enough space for a group of nine to settle in comfortably and stay a while.

Living space
The main living area gives the group room to spread out, anchored by a fireplace that takes the edge off cool mountain evenings. A dedicated dining area keeps meals together, and when the night winds down, the fire pit outside draws everyone into that easy, unhurried pace that mountain getaways are made for.

Game room
Rainy afternoon or a night in - the game room handles both without missing a beat. Ping pong and foosball are set up and ready, and there are toys and games on hand if little ones are part of the crew.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep nine comfortably. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second offers a queen and a double, and the third is set up with two twin beds and a twin bunk bed - well suited for kids or a flexible group. A travel crib and baby monitor are also available for younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee maker to get the morning started. A kitchen island and dining table give plenty of room for prepping and gathering, and the barbecue grill outside is there when you want to cook in the open air.

Outdoor space
The hot tub is the centerpiece out back, with mountain views as the backdrop. A lawn and garden area, balcony, and fire pit round out the outdoor setup - plenty of room to take in the scenery in whatever way suits the moment.

Practical details
Air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking, high-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps), and a desk are all included. The property has a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher on-site. No pets, please.

Getting outside
The surrounding area has no shortage to offer - hiking, cross-country skiing, fishing, rock climbing, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, and ecotourism are all accessible from the area. Whether the group is here for an active itinerary or simply the quiet, the setting delivers.

We have a uniquely prime and private location for our neighborhood:
- Unobstructed views (no roads, cabins, or construction between the cabin and views) of the cliffs AND valley.
- 1.5 acres bordering thousands of acres of BLM land.
-At the end of a quiet road that is not a crossroads for other residents.
-No neighbors on either side, no neighbors in construction.
-No sharing the property with other guests (most other rentals also feature a small casita above the garage that is rented out to other guests at the same time. We do not have a casita, so you will not have to share the property with anyone else during your stay).
Other things to note
There is a smart video doorbell, and also a security system (without cameras) for those who wish to use it.

Most shopping is closed on Sunday, so please plan accordingly.

**NO PETS**, including service animals, under any circumstances. My husband and child are severely allergic to them.
