"The hosts go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have what you need. They are very responsive and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone and their stuff. Bathrooms are small and counter space in bathrooms is limited. some mirrors in the bedrooms could be useful but overall the house is stocked with everything you need and is very clean. Great location super close to the beach! "

"My family recently stayed here for a weekend and we had a fantastic time. Everything is clean and stocked and check in and instructions were a breeze. My nephew was out running around in the dunes nonstop. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and there are a few places that are walkable with downtown Pismo a short drive away."

"This house was the best Vrbo house we have stayed at yet. Neighborhood was very nice/not loud. Very close to Grover beach vehicle access (less than 5min). 8 min from pismo beach pier. Vons and other stores down the street. House was very well kept. Very spacious. 7 family members stayed and we had more than enough room. Kitchen was big. House was very well kept, no spiders, no con webs, grill worked laundry room was nice and worked. We would definitely stay again and we have no need...

"Had a great time at the birds of a feather beach house. The weather didn't cooperate very well but we had a good time, nonetheless. The stairs were a little rough on older knees, but they didn't bother the grandkids one bit!"

"Loved the house, everything was clean and ready for us. My grandkids loved having a tv to watch in the night before bed. I especially loved having a washer and dryer at my disposal because I hate taking dirty clothes home from vacation. The directions was easy to find and follow. Thank you for allowing us to rent so we as Grandparents could enjoy time with all my grandkids including the 3 that was camping at Pismo Beach. I highly recommend this rental."
