"in a good location and it’s an okay place to stay for the weekend but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays. went to ask for an extra pillow and was charged a €1 , same with the towels if you want fresh ones earlier than every 4 days "

"Horrible hotel in terms of cleanliness, we gave it 3 chances and during none of the them the hotel met the expectation of Radisson hotel. The rooms definitely need a deep clean and renovation. Very disappointing experience overall, besides breakfast, good variety and freshness of the menu. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft, Wi-Fi worked well. Nice to have USB sockets and plenty of other sockets as well. I didn’t use the restaurant butcher hot ice from the bar a couple of times. There was a hot water pot and instant coffee in the room.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was on our second day the water suddenly didn’t work in our room and was off for a while. Toilet, sink everything. But they had it back up and running within an hour or two. It’s a great location very close to the Keleti train station. Lobby is beautiful and modern and plenty of lifts. We didn’t do the breakfast because I thought 18 eurosa person was a bit steep and there’s lots of other options close by. But I would highly recommend it if you’re passing through or just need to place in Budapest to use as a base being that the Metro and train station are right across the street."

"Lovely property right in the heart of Pest and easy access to public transport. My only downside was the pillows had hair on them and one of the towels were dirty. Aside from that it’s really nice apartment and has everything you need. "

"Very nice room, clean and big. 5 min walk to metro. Not much of a view. Reception was okay did not offer room upgrade for being platinum member with Expedia. Overall great hotel and a good stay. Breakfast was good as well."
