"Clean superior room over in turret. Good breakfast. Great position in town for eating out and visiting attractions. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great little afternoon tea available if needed Bike hire available and free."

"staff at reception not too informative. At the time of my stay the pool access was restricted to entry via shower. So in theory it was not possible to leave your belongings on the pool side unless getting wet. Crafty guests would remove the restricting barrier and enter the pool side. Same goes for apparently compulsory swimming cap that needs to be purchased at the reception for 4 Euro. As pool is unattended and unchecked anybody can get in without the cap."

"Compared with hotels in Asia, the amenities here are relatively basic, as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable."
