Located in the heart of Ansedonia, just a 10-minute walk from La Feniglia beach, this ground-floor portion of a villa offers a tranquil and convenient retreat. Nestled in a private three-family context, it ensures a relaxing stay.

The recently renovated property in 2022 features interiors spanning 90 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave, spacious American fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, oven, and kettle. Mosquito nets adorn all apartment windows.

The two bedrooms (one double and the other with two single beds) and the studio with a sofa bed provide flexible solutions to accommodate up to 6 people. The two bathrooms boast spacious showers. The house is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous heating to ensure comfort in every season.

A large southeast-facing outdoor garden includes a 6m x 3m saltwater pool with an additional relaxation area (depth 40cm) and Roman steps. A convenient outdoor shower (hot/cold) in masonry enhances the outdoor spaces. Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend
Die schöne und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung ist Teil einer Villa mit eigenem Zugang und Hof. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, hat eine Außenküche mit Allem was man sich wünscht und einen sehr schönen eigenen Pool. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und problemlos auch ohne Auto zu bewältigen. Die nahen Strände sind schön und sauber. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen.
