The holiday home "Gardenia, 12" is part of a residential complex called "Residence Giannella" which offers, in addition to the nearby completely sandy beach suitable for small children given the shallow seabed, a tennis court, a five-a-side football pitch, a park games for the little ones, many green spaces with benches, cycle path that runs alongside WWF oasis.
The property measures approximately 90sqm. it is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. It can accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include TV, fans and washing machine.
