"This location was brand new and felt like it! The room lighting options are very nice, and we were happy to have air conditioning. The upstairs lounge is beautiful, with great views."

"Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family. The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well. There's also a kids playroom that is manned in the evening with all sorts of things for all ages. The bar, restaurant and coffee rooms looked clean with plenty of offering but we didn't frequent them in the evening. Friendly, helpful staff all over the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Galway, and if we return in the future, will definitely stay here again. 15 minutes to the racecourse, even with festival traffic was a huge bonus "

"Snug is exactly that. Perfect place for a Galway stay. Comfortable and super clean, front desk staff was amazing. My room was tucked away and quiet and cozy. Felt safe too. Super busy area."
