"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed with how well maintained and clean the property was. The resort itself was beautiful, the views were lovely, and the beach was fantastic. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. There are a few areas where I feel the guest experience could be enhanced. At times, I felt the front desk could have been a little more welcoming and proactive when communicating with guests or assisting with requests. A bit more enthusiasm and attention to guest needs would have made an already pleasant experience even better. That said, the majority of the staff throughout the resort were wonderful and provided excellent service. We also found that some of the dining experiences, particularly the Italian restaurant, did not quite meet our expectations in terms of quality and value for the price. There is certainly an opportunity to improve the overall dining experience. Our room was cleaned well, although we felt that housekeeping could have visited a little more frequently, as some amenities were occasionally not replenished as needed. One of the main issues we experienced was the noise from the air conditioning unit. It was quite loud when operating and made it difficult to sleep at times. In speaking with a few other couples, we learned that they had experienced similar issues, so this may be something worth looking into. Despite these minor concerns, we truly enjoyed our stay ."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Amazing shower. Lots of shops near by (all walking distance). The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The best part for me was the boat that takes you to their private island at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The room selected exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well constructed. The staff was friendly. The location was walking distance from the beach, casino,Super Food(major supermarket around the area) and restaurants. We didn’t get to use the pools - because there is the beach! You will not be disappointed if you reserve at the Eagle Aruba Resort. I also forgot to mention that you will not need a vehicle. They have a bus (about $20 per person) that will pick/drop you up from the airport. Taxis are always available . We used a taxi via the Aruba Taxi App for 1 day venture outside the resort."

"We’d booked our regular place but I decided to go to Aruba a day early. I needed a nice place so I booked this very nice quint boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. We hadn’t rented a car cuz we really weren’t looking to drive but if you’re staying there it’s a good idea 👍 to do so. Great place"
