"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."

"We enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable. It is stocked with better supplies than any rental we have ever stayed in. It is in a nice location. Not far from the small town restaurants and shopping. We are JW's and felt this was in a great location to visit all the bethel locations and there is a Kingdom Hall a few minutes away with a warm and friendly congregation."

"We stayed here for 2 nights for college moveout and graduation. This house is wonderful. It is very clean and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, the beds, couches, and other furniture are comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and serve food for the whole family. The back patio, with a hot tub, seating area, and lovely outdoor shower, is private. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again."

"Four friends had a wonderful time at Black Walnut Tree Farm. The space was amazing! There was plenty of spaces that we could hang out together, but also we each had areas that we could retreat to. The kitchen was well-stocked ands spacious, the large living room had many comfortable seats around the fire, and there was a great sunroom where we could sit and play games. The grounds were huge and one could easily get lost walking around the property. We all loved the place and are collectively...

"This home has been updated nicely and is situated on a nice amount of land to take your pup for a nice walk during the mornings and whenever you are "at home." The kitchen has been well renovated and the beds are very comfy. Close to lots of good hiking and food in New Paltz and the surrounding area. Simone is a responsive host."

"Nice place for a weekend getaway in the Gunks area. Very close to Minnewaska, not far from Mohonk and New Paltz too. In a very nice, quiet spot off the main road. House was clean and served all our needs for the weekend. There's no TV but that wasn't really an issue for us. Owner was very good with communication and provided very detailed info on the house/property. Would stay again!"
