Midlands Ireland - County Tipperary - Peaceful and beautiful rural setting about 4km from the heritage town of Roscrea. Just off the Roscrea-Birr road with Birr 16km away.

Scenic views of Orange Hill, plenty of wooded walks on our doorstep or for the hiker we are based at the foot of the Slieve Blooms.

Kinnitty Castle 18km & Gloster House 5km away.
