CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The Palms Vacation

We were very pleased with our condo and everyone we encountered on the property from security guard to house keeping. This is a top rated facility to rent a condo from. Location and beach access was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone was very responsive to needs and questions before and during our stay. It was very clean and the view on the balcony of the beach was perfect. One suggestion is to fix the master toilet.

June 2023 Beach Trip

Place was very nice and well appointed…we would definitely book again. Only suggestions I would make would be to work on or replace the toilet in master bedroom…(hardly flushed at all), also some under cabinet lights in kitchen would be great as it is a bit dark in there without much natural light..

Beyond my expectations.

This was the first time my husband and our three year old had visited Orange Beach Alabama. The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Huge balcony/porch with outdoor furniture. The view was spectacular. Just breathtaking. We will definitely be returning to Orange, Beach Alabama and we hope to rent this lovely condo. We had a blast.

We’d definitely stay here again! Stayed over 4th of July week. Excellent location, and easy parking and access to the beach. Unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Basic/minimal starting supplies, so you’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soaps, and toiletries. Not a big deal, but just know before you go as some properties have a lot of supplies or leftover items from previous guests, and this one does not. Nice as it kept the unit clean and tidy. The beds are firm.

The only complaint I have is that I didn’t realize the complex would be under major construction during our stay. It was really loud during the day. Other than that, I would have no issues.

Beautiful, clean condo

What a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured online. Very, very clean and perfectly decorated. The balcony and view were amazing. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. A member of our group left behind a pair of AirPods and the housekeeping staff found them and contacted us to arrange shipping them to us. Very honest and appreciated. Would most definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Our week has been nothing short of amazing. The condo was perfect; clean, ample supply of towels for each bath, great balcony and furniture, perfect location across from the elevators. The only suggestions would be: 1 or 2 9x13 baking pans, a pair of scissors and some updated measuring cups.

Just steps to the beach

This is a newly renovated condo located on the beach. The location is perfect for enjoying early morning or evening strolls on the the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cookware but lacked in basic condiments like salt/pepper, coffee filters, dish soap etc. If you are planning to stay for an extended period of time, be sure to bring your own paper products as you are only given a starter roll of each. The location was super convenient to supermarkets and dining, as well. Hopefully the sliding screen door will be replaced for the next guest. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.
