This beautifully appointed third-floor condo comfortably sleeps eight guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and elegant finishes, makes it easy to prepare meals and entertain. Additional interior features include four TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, and premium cotton linens for ultimate comfort.

Complex Amenities: Community Hot Tub, Community Sauna, Community Indoor Pool, Kiddie/Wading Pool, Community Outdoor Pool, Sun Deck, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Putting Green, Grill Area (Charcoal), and Fitness Center.

**Please Note: Summer House is undergoing an exterior renovation, which will be completed in May 2025.**
